Hannah Villani, the Villani Team, with @properties // Christie's International Real Estate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you respond to our ads or forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

4. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is kept confidential and used solely by Hannah Villani to respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services.

5. Who We Share It With

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) : solely to deliver and measure the ad that connected us, as required for the ad platform to function
• Service providers who help us operate, such as our CRM, scheduling, or texting/calling software -  bound to keep your information confidential and use it only to help us serve you
• Our brokerage, where required for compliance, supervision, or transaction purposes

We do not share your information with unrelated third-party marketers or data brokers.

6. Tracking Technologies

Our ads and any linked web pages may use cookies, pixels (such as the Meta Pixel), or similar technologies to measure ad performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, or adjust your ad preferences directly through Meta's Ad Preferences settings.

7. Your Choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future texts at any time
• Tell us directly by phone, text, or email that you'd like us to stop contacting you
• Ask us what information we have about you, and request that we correct or delete it, by contacting us using the information in Section 1

8. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services, or as required by law or our brokerage's record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent update.
