Hannah Villani
is a third-generation real estate professional, Valparaiso native, and trusted advisor serving Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Pairing more than two decades of community service with a full-time real estate career, she brings a rare blend of local insight, strategic thinking, and values-driven leadership to her work.
Hannah is licensed in both states and serves on the Valparaiso Board of Zoning Appeals, contributing to responsible growth and long-term community planning.
Professionally, Hannah specializes in distinctive properties and pivotal life transitions, including historic homes, unique estates, estate sales, downsizing, and lifestyle-driven moves.
As part of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, she pairs highly personal service with powerful global reach, offering clients best-in-class marketing, data-driven strategy, and international exposure all delivered with clarity, integrity, and care.
Beyond real estate, Hannah is the host of Conversations, a locally produced radio show and podcast centered on meaningful dialogue, storytelling, and human connection. The show reflects her belief that listening well is essential to progress in business, leadership, and life.
Philanthropy and civic advocacy are foundational to Hannah’s work. With more than 20 years of service through fundraising, volunteering, and community initiatives, she has consistently shown up where help is needed.
Her 2023 mayoral run was an extension of that service - motivated by a desire to listen, problem-solve, and advocate for a stronger future in her hometown.
Today, she also channels her passion for endurance sports into impact, raising funds and awareness for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome through events such as 29029 Everesting.
Personally, Hannah is a mother of two, married to a local educator, and energized by travel, national parks, fitness, and gathering people around good food and honest conversation.
